Job Description: HIT bicycle, a leading manufacturer of premium bicycle parts based in Lahore, seeks experienced Skilled MIG Welders to join our fabrication team. You will play a key role in producing high-quality welded components that meet strict dimensional and visual standards for both domestic and export customers. The ideal candidates have strong hands-on welding ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. • Prepare and set up MIG welding equipment, fixtures and materials according to job drawings and work orders. • Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum bicycle frames and components, producing consistent, clean welds that meet engineering specifications. • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, tolerances and welding symbols; follow weld procedures and quality checklists. • Carry out quality inspections including dimensional checks, visual inspection, and basic nondestructive testing (e.g., dye penetrant) as required. • Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, nozzle replacement, wire feeding checks, and reporting defects to maintenance. • Ensure safety by using PPE, following lockout/tagout procedures and maintaining a clean work area. • Support process improvement by suggesting efficiency or quality enhancements and participating in team continuous improvement activities. Candidates should be prepared to work standard shifts in a manufacturing facility and collaborate closely with fabricators, fitters and QC staff to meet delivery schedules.Job Specification: • Minimum 3-5 years practical MIG welding experience in a production setting, preferably with bicycle frames or thin-wall tubular assemblies. • Proficient with GMAW (MIG) for steel and aluminum; ability to adjust parameters (voltage, wire feed, shielding gas) for consistent weld quality. • Skilled in tack welding, stitch welding, fillet and butt joints on round and rectangular tube sections. • Ability to read engineering drawings, welding symbols, and use basic measuring tools (calipers, tape, gauges). • Experience with welding jigs/fixtures, position welding, and maintaining dimensional tolerances. • Familiarity with basic NDT checks (visual inspection, dye penetrant) and ability to identify common defects (porosity, undercut, lack of fusion). • Strong hand-eye coordination, steady welding technique, and focus on cosmetically acceptable weld appearance for finished bicycle components. • Knowledge of workplace safety practices, PPE use, and safe handling of gases and consumables.Job Rewards and Benefits: Accomodation
