Job Description: Earandil, a Lahore-based sole proprietorship working in Information Technology and Services, is seeking an Appointment Booking Specialist to support outreach into the Australian market while operating from Lahore, Pakistan. This hands-on role sits within a small, project-driven team where the specialist will coordinate schedules, manage client touchpoints, and ensure smooth handoffs to project teams. The position offers exposure to client communication workflows and practical experience across sales-support and project initiation processes. Key responsibilities include: • Manage outbound appointment booking for prospective clients in Australia using provided leads and CRM records. • Conduct professional phone and email outreach to schedule discovery s and demos at times suitable for Australian time zones. • Qualify leads against basic criteria and accurately record outcomes and next steps in the CRM. • Coordinate with project and delivery teams to confirm availability and prepare brief handover notes for scheduled meetings. • Maintain up-to-date calendar management, send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to reduce no-shows. • Track KPIs such as appointments booked, conversion to meetings, and lead feedback; provide periodic reports to management. • Continuously improve scripts and outreach sequences based on performance data and feedback. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working in a small-team environment, and capable of managing Australian time-zone scheduling while maintaining timely communication with local project stakeholders.Job Specification: • Proven experience in appointment setting, tele-sales, or customer outreach with measurable results. • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) suitable for interacting with Australian clients. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and accurate data entry practices. • Excellent calendar management and time-zone coordination skills; able to schedule across AEST/AEDT differences. • Ability to qualify leads using scripted questions and to document outcomes clearly. • Comfortable using email and phone outreach tools, voicemail strategies, and follow-up sequences. • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently within a small team; basic reporting and KPI tracking skills. • Professional phone presence, patience handling objections, and persistence to secure meetings.Job Rewards and Benefits: Communication,Incentive Bonus,Leaves
