How to apply

1. 1Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the post online.
2. 2After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
3. 3Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent Jazz Cash app or at any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent.
4. 4After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy).
5. 5After applying online, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office; copies of documents should be stamped by yourself and not shared with anyone else.

Rules & eligibility

• Candidates must have Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Domicile.
• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test; however, detailed scrutiny by the appointing authority may lead to disqualification if found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process.
• All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website, print an E-Sahulat token, and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before applying or depositing the fee. Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
• Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
• Appointment will be purely on a contract basis till the completion of the project, as per project policy. This post is project-based and will be automatically abolished upon project completion.
• The pay package will be offered as per Government Project Policy.
• Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
• Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
• Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
• Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
• Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of the interview.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.
• Preference will be given to the applicant having domicile from southern areas.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
• In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
• Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
• Testimonials/documents will be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
• Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.
