Position: Service Quality Officer Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Department: Customer Services Division Job Experience: Minimum 1 year’s banking experience Location: Karachi, Hyderabad, Quetta, Multan, Gujranwala, Lahore Islamabad, Peshawar and Mardan Age Bracket: Maximum 32 years Job Requirements: • Service Monitoring • To conduct service monitoring by visiting various assigned bank segments/ Branches. • Ability to prepare call reports and share the findings of the monitoring with the concerned unit/segment during the visit. • Analytics & Process Improvement • Aptitude to perform gap analysis and identify root causes. • To ensure the smooth functioning of process improvement initiatives within the designated segment/unit Skills: Banking Knowledge, Excellent customer service, Interpersonal and communication skills
