Job Description: • Monitor and assist phone bankers in their assigned tasks. • Ensure high self-knowledge on all products & processes. Awareness of all ADC products & processes and sustainable knowledge thereof. • Identify areas where phone bankers are facing challenges to overcome them. • Manage shift staff as per schedule and plan alternatives, as per requirement. Minimum Experience: 3-5 years Age: More than 24 years Salary Range (PKR): Market competitive
