Qualification: Graduate with at least 14 years of education from HEC recognized university / Masters Preferable Experience: • For SRM: Minimum 5 years of Liabilities sales experience in branch banking • For RM: Minimum 3 years of Liabilities sales experience in branch banking Skills: • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities. • Impressive customer relationship management skills. • Effective leadership and people management abilities. • Skilled in delivering impactful presentations. • Strong written and verbal communication proficiency. Location: Nationwide Job Description: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential clients to maximize product awareness and customer retention. • Identify and acquire new potential accounts by customer referrals and market connections. • Ensure excellent service standards to customers. • Drive deposit growth through efficient portfolio management. • Promote Cross-selling and ADC opportunities. • Assist Branch Manager in achieving branch targets.
