POSITION Senior Master/Mistress A Levels Beaconhouse Cantt Campus, Quetta QUALIFICATION Minimum Master's preferably in Education EXPERIENCE 8-11 years of relevant experience in the education industry, including 4 years as a teacher and 4-7 in school management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage the academic, administrative, and operational functions of the section. • Ensure effective curriculum planning, implementation, and delivery in line with CAIE and Beaconhouse standards. • Monitor teaching quality through lesson observations, student assessments, and academic performance analysis. • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP). • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff, including recruitment, induction, and performance management. • Plan and manage section finances and resources in collaboration with school leadership. • Ensure effective planning and execution of examinations, co-curricular activities, and school events. • Foster positive relationships with parents, students, and external stakeholders. • Support admissions, student enrolment, and school branding initiatives. • Identify and complete relevant Professional Development (PD) courses and apply learning to leadership practice. • Ensure compliance with Beaconhouse policies, academic procedures, and health and safety standards. • Promote a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment SKILLS • Academic Leadership • School Administration & Operations • Knowledge of Curriculum & Assessment Framework • Curriculum Planning & Instructional Leadership • Team Leadership & Staff Development • Student Assessment & Performance Monitoring • Communication & Stakeholder Management • Decision-Making & Problem-Solving • Organisational & Time Management • Microsoft Office Suite
