Position: Senior Manager Service Quality Qualification: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree • Masters Degree will be Preferred Department: Customer Services Division Job Experience: 8 to 10 Years - Relevant Banking Experience is Necessary Location: Karachi Job Requirements: • To ensure customer and quality services division is complying with all service standards of the bank • To implement service monitoring tools and drive process improvement initiatives for all segments of the bank to meet customer expectations • Develop and implement strategies to ensure uninterrupted service monitoring of various segments of the bank • Design and implement strategies to create awareness and accountability of service monitoring • Improve and implement SLA (Service Level Agreement) of various segments • Identify and develop service monitoring opportunities • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to excel on customer satisfaction • Ensure the smooth functioning of process improvement initiatives within the designated segment • Team Management Skills: Develop and manage the team with efficiency and effectiveness Skills: • Outstanding Analytical Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills(both written and verbal)
