Position: Senior Manager Service Excellence Qualification: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree • Masters Degree will be Preferred Department: Customer Services Division Job Experience: 8 to 10 Years - Relevant Banking Experience is Necessary Location: Karachi Job Requirements: • To provide recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction levels • Collaborate with other researchers in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the methodology of surveys • Design, plan, and coordinate operations for multiple surveys • Develop questionnaire, data collection methods, sampling designs and related processes • Prepare summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results • Conduct research to gather information about survey topics • Direct and review the work of team members, including survey support staff and interviewers who gather survey data • Develop and manage the team with efficiency and effectiveness Skills: • Strong Analytical Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office
