Job Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure the efficient management of daily operations and optimal use of time. Handle issues professionally and objectively. Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Job Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience Location: Karachi Job Requirements: • Preference will be given to male candidates • Manage daily calendars and appointments • Handle and process correspondence efficiently • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing • Keep accurate records of contacts • Meet and greet guests/visitors • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Required skills & competencies: • Experience supporting senior management • Ability to condense reports and articles into clear executive summaries • Proficient in spoken and written English • Experienced in managing agendas and schedules • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional interactions • Highly organized and capable of planning work independently • Attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining accuracy • Flexible and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
