Rules & eligibility

• Candidates will provide information on a temporary basis for participation in the ETEA screening test.
• After passing the screening test, candidates will be called for a detailed interview according to the merit and criteria set by the appointing authority.
• Any candidate who fails to appear at any stage of the appointing authority's process will be considered ineligible.
• All candidates must create their profile on the ETEA website and fill out the application form.
• Before and after submitting the application for any post, candidates must verify their E-Sahulat token number and NADRA CNIC number (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) from the ETEA website. Without this verification, the application will not be considered.
• Candidates who are overage and other applicants should apply without any hesitation.
• The age limit will be calculated from the last date of application submission.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
• Applications received after the due date will be rejected at any stage.
• On the day of the interview, candidates must bring their original educational certificates and other documents.
• Candidates working in government or semi-government institutions must obtain an NOC from their department through the appointing authority.
• The appointing authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
• In case of a foreign degree, an HEC equivalency certificate is mandatory.
• After appointment, the transfer will not be allowed.
• No TA/DA will be given for the test/interview.
