Job Description: Toyo Plastic (Pvt. Ltd.), a growing SME furniture manufacturer based in Gujranwala, seeks a proactive Sales and Marketing professional to expand market share across Pakistan. You will represent a product line of plastic chairs, tables and storage solutions, develop strategies to increase retail and trade channel presence, and support product positioning for home and office segments. This role reports to senior management and works closely with production, logistics and design teams to ensure market needs inform product decisions. • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territories, including Rawalpindi and Gujranwala. • Identify and onboard dealers, retailers and distributors, building long-term relationships and managing account performance. • Create and implement marketing campaigns (trade promotions, in-store merchandising, local advertising and social media coordination) to increase brand visibility and drive footfall. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, product assortment and promotional tactics. • Prepare sales forecasts and reports, maintain CRM records, and provide regular updates to management on pipeline and results. • Coordinate logistics and order fulfillment with operations to ensure timely delivery and resolve customer issues. • Train and support retail staff and dealer sales teams on product features, merchandising standards and aftersales procedures. The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires regular in-person engagement with dealers and retail outlets across the assigned region and occasional support at trade events.Job Specification: • Proven track record in B2B and retail sales within furniture, consumer goods, or related FMCG channels. • Strong negotiation and account management skills; experience onboarding distributors and managing dealer networks. • Practical knowledge of trade promotions, visual merchandising and retail execution. • Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports. • Basic marketing skills: campaign planning, local advertising coordination, social media collaboration and content briefing. • Good understanding of pricing, margin management and inventory coordination with operations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Urdu and English; ability to train retail teams. • Valid driving license and ability to travel within the territory; comfortable with regular field visits.Job Rewards and Benefits: Incentive Bonus,Transport
