Relationship Manager Eligibility Qualifications • Minimum Bachelor's preferably Master's degree from an HEC recognized institute / university. • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Skills • Strong communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Effective negotiation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience Key Responsibilities • Managing and handling digital customer portfolios. • Addressing customer queries and providing efficient support. • Assisting customers with digital accounts and consumer products, including ADC and cross-selling initiatives. • Performing periodic KYC reviews, updating customer records, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
