Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager – Corporate / Commercial Credit at Bank AL Habib Limited, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our credit portfolio. Your expertise will help strengthen client relationships, ensure prudent credit risk management, and support the growth ambitions of our valued corporate clients through tailored financing solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate clients in line with Bank AL Habib’s high standards of service and integrity. • Conduct detailed credit assessments, structuring and recommending corporate credit facilities that align with the bank’s risk management framework. • Collaborate closely with the credit approval and risk management teams to facilitate timely and sound credit decisions. • Monitor client accounts proactively to identify and mitigate potential credit risks. • Serve as a financial advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions that help optimize their business operations and financial health. • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within Bank AL Habib’s comprehensive suite of banking products and services. Qualifications and Eligibility • Proven track record in corporate credit or relationship management within at least 5 years of experience the banking sector, preferably in Pakistan’s financial market. • Strong knowledge of credit risk evaluation, corporate lending products, and regulatory compliance. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior client stakeholders and internal teams. • Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented approach and sound judgment in credit decision-making. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications are a plus. • ACCA professionals are highly encouraged to apply, as their expertise aligns well with the role’s financial and credit assessment requirements. Grade Range: This position is open for candidates at the grade levels from Manager up to Senior Chief Manager, depending on experience and qualifications.
