How to apply

1. 1Interested candidates must first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
2. 2After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
3. 3Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Easy-App, Jazz Cash App, or at any branch of UBL bank via UBL Omni Agent.
4. 4After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. 5The online Application Form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from September 7, 2026.
6. 6Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.
7. 7Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
8. 8Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.
9. 9No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal/courier means.
10. 10Keep your documents and passport-size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of online application.

12. 12ETEA shall verify the deposited fee.

Rules & eligibility

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test; however, detailed scrutiny will be carried out at the time of interview. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, they will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
• Candidates who fulfill the mentioned criteria may apply on the ETEA official website within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement.
• Candidates must possess domicile of Hazara Division.
• Both male and female candidates may apply.
• Relaxation in age is admissible under prevailing government rules.
• Employees serving in government / semi-government / autonomous bodies should submit their application through proper channel.
• Recruitment shall be carried out in accordance with the policy provided by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Recruitment criteria: Test marks 20, Basic Education marks 70, Interview marks 10, Total marks 100.
• The minimum pass marks in the ETEA screening test are forty (40).
• Incomplete applications and applications submitted after the last date will not be entertained.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test / interview.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• The Appointing Authority will not be responsible for non-delivery or late delivery of the Call Letter for test/interview.
• The Appointing Authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the posts.
• If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall not be verified.
• Fee deposited on someone else's credit will not be accepted.
• Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.
• Applications of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling in the online application form will not only be rejected but will also face strict action.
