Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in product coordination, banking operations, training coordination, or client support. Skills & Abilities: • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills. • Good communication and presentation support abilities. • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools. • Understanding of banking products and financial concepts is preferred. Location: Lahore Job Description: • Support the business team in coordinating product launches, enhancements, and periodic reviews. • Assist in maintaining product documentation, manuals, SOPs, and approval records. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Operations, IT, Marketing) for product-related tasks and follow-ups. • Maintain product trackers, timelines, and status reports. • Act as a coordination point for customer and internal teams related to product briefings and financial literacy initiatives. • Track KPIs related to product coordination and outreach programs.
