Job Description: Company: Mustakbil.com Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Career Level: Experienced (Non-Managerial) Salary: 120 - 20 PKR Role Overview: Design intuitive, accessible, high-impact web and mobile experiences. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver end-to-end product design that connects jobseekers and employers. Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end product design: translate user research and business goals into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interaction specifications. • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and data analysts to define requirements and deliver production-ready assets. • Conduct and synthesize user research (qualitative and quantitative) to validate concepts and prioritize features. • Contribute to and maintain a design system with reusable components, tokens, and documentation. • Build interactive prototypes and run usability tests; iterate based on findings and analytics. • Prepare handoff-ready assets and specifications for frontend engineering.Job Specification: Must-have: • 3+ years product or interaction design experience for web and mobile with portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects. • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools; familiarity with design system tooling. • Strong understanding of UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, responsive layouts, and accessibility (WCAG) basics. • Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and handoff-ready assets; knowledge of HTML/CSS constraints is a plus. • Ability to conduct or interpret user research: usability testing, interviews, and analytics-driven insights. • Familiarity with A/B testing and metrics-driven iteration. Preferred: • Experience working with design systems at scale. • Experience using analytics to evaluate design impact.
