Job Description: Company: Z Media Technologies Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan (on-site) Employment type: Internship Shift: Morning Shift Role overview: Support business development activities for a software and technology services company focused on software development, AI, cloud, web and mobile applications. Work with sales and delivery teams to learn client research, lead generation, proposal preparation, and coordination of technical demos. Main responsibilities: • Support lead generation: research target companies, qualify prospects, and maintain CRM records. • Assist in preparing tailored proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications for prospective clients. • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, partnerships, and opportunities for service expansion. • Coordinate meetings and demos between technical teams and potential clients; prepare meeting briefs and agendas. • Track outreach performance metrics and produce regular reports to refine outreach strategies. • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and content with business development priorities.Job Specification: • Must-have (required): Strong research and prospecting skills; ability to identify decision-makers and relevant projects within target companies. Good written and verbal communication; able to draft concise emails, proposals, and presentation materials. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or ability to learn quickly; accurate data entry and pipeline management. Basic understanding of software development life cycle, cloud services, and AI concepts to communicate value propositions effectively. Organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple outreach activities and follow-ups. Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace for document and presentation creation.
