Job Overview: Bank AL Habib is seeking proactive and analytical professionals to join our Customer Services team as SE – Survey Operation Desk. The role is responsible for managing survey operations, analysing survey results, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct and manage customer surveys, survey inspections, and related reporting activities • Gather and analyze relevant information for survey planning and execution • Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, habits, and interests • Support development of initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service standards • Prepare reports and insights based on survey findings and customer feedback Required Skills: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Working knowledge of industry regulations and best practices • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Location: Karachi Application Deadline: 22nd June, 2026 Apply Now
