Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: July 10, 2026) • Operational Oversight: Manage bank designation requests, maintain corporate and investor profiles, and independently register repairable shares for non-residents in line with FE Circular No. 02 of 2026. • Remittance & Compliance Control: Audit and approve dividend payouts and disinvestment proceeds, ensuring strict adherence to the Foreign Exchange Manual (Chapters 14 & 20) and SBP’s simplified SOPs. • Financial & Documentary Verification: Scrutinize audited financial statements, valuation methods, PRCs, SWIFT messages, SECP filings, SPAs, and board resolutions to validate legitimacy and prevent misreporting. • Tax, KYC & AML Enforcement: Verify tax clearances with FBR, conduct UBO due diligence, and perform sanction/AML screenings against global watch lists to block illicit capital flows and money laundering.
