The role involves managing digital initiatives and coordinating cross-functional projects within ADC operations. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). • Liaise between business and IT teams. • Track project milestones and deliverables. • Coordinate project execution and timely closures. • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Propose process improvements and digital enhancements.
