POSITION Manager Academics - Matric Specialist The Educators QUALIFICATION Minimum Master's Degree preferably in Education from a reputable university EXPERIENCE 10–12 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with strong experience in Matric-level academics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage training programs and academic resource development. • Develop and manage Matric-level academic resources and initiatives. • Manage and effectively utilize MIS for academic data and reporting. • Analyze academic data and trends to identify gaps and improvement areas. • Prepare reports and insights to support academic decision-making. • Monitor academic performance and support quality improvement initiatives. • Coordinate with academic teams for effective implementation of academic plans and resources.
