Job Description: Company: Murasaki Marketing Role overview: We are seeking a creative Junior Motion Designer & Short-Form Video Editor to produce faceless vertical content (9:16) for social platforms. This is a part-time, remote (evening-shift) role based in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Initially you will create approximately one short-form video per working day for the agency's social channels; as the agency grows you may work on client projects and receive increased responsibility and pay. Key responsibilities: • Create approximately one short-form vertical video per working day (~3045 videos/month). • Produce faceless Reels using motion graphics, typography, stock footage, screen recordings, brand assets and sound design. • Edit vertical 9:16 content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. • Turn scripts, briefs and rough concepts into polished videos with strong hooks, captions, transitions and animations. • Source copyright-safe footage, music and creative assets. • Follow and maintain the agency's visual identity and adapt edits per platform requirements and audiences. • Organise editing files, project assets and completed exports; manage projects to meet deadlines. • Communicate progress and collaborate with the team.Job Specification: Must-have: • ~1 year experience in motion design or short-form video editing. • Experience editing vertical 9:16 content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. • Motion graphics and typography skills. • Familiarity with stock footage, sound design and sourcing copyright-safe assets. • Ability to produce ~3045 short-form videos per month and meet deadlines. • Organised project/file management.
