Job Overview: Bank AL Habib is seeking detail-oriented and proactive professionals to join our Internal Control (Audit & Compliance) team as Support Officers. The role involves assisting in compliance, audit, and outsourcing management while ensuring operational accuracy and adherence to SBP guidelines. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 1 year of experience in Compliance or Audit. Key Responsibilities: • Review and update ADC Division processes, policies, and procedures in coordination with relevant departments. • Address SBP queries received through the Compliance and Governance Department. • Coordinate with auditors during Internal and SBP audits, ensuring timely submission of required documents and resolution of audit exceptions. • Ensure completion of all prerequisites for onboarding new outsourcing service providers in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. • Oversee all outsourcing arrangements, including periodic reporting, spot checks, operational risk evaluation, and annual due diligence in line with the SBP Outsourcing Framework. • Coordinate with outsourced service providers on KYC and CDD processes. • Maintain SBP circulars and prepare MIS for record and reference. • Support monthly Credit Card E-CIB data submissions to RRD and attend RRD meetings to address and discuss issues related to E-CIB reporting.
