KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee the school’s academic and administrative operations, setting strategic direction to enhance educational outcomes, strengthen operational effectiveness, and ensure alignment with organisational policies and leadership expectations. SKILLS • Expertise in teaching & learning methodologies and curriculum implementation • Experience in vision setting and school improvement initiatives • Capability in staff development and performance enhancement • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
