Last date to apply: Monday 26 Oct, 2026 The Graphic Designer & Animator will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, event branding, publications, videos and animated posts. This role requires expertise in design software, typography, color theory, and layout principles to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals. The incumbent will collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and motion designs that enhance IBAs brand presence across multiple platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva etc.) and a strong creative vision are essential for this role. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design and produce graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, emailers, and online advertisements. • Create print-ready designs for brochures, flyers, posters, event signage, and other marketing collateral. • Assist in developing visual content for events, ensuring timely and accurate production of event branding materials. • Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva to create and edit graphics and layouts. • Assist in creating simple animations or motion graphics for social media and digital campaigns. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing quality with deadlines. • Stay informed about current design trends, software updates, and industrys best practices to enhance skillset and output quality. • Provide support in other Marketing & Communications activities as needed. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE • Minimum qualification Diploma/Intermediate, with preference given to candidates holding a Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in design tools and courses such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms is essential. • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience. KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) • Hands-on experience with Canva, Capcut, ElevenLabs and other software for quick and templated design needs • Familiarity with AI tools for image and video generation (e.g., Higgsfield, Runway, Google Flow, ChatGPT, Gemini) and AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for ideation and prompt development • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles • Ability to create motion graphics and video edits • Familiarity with digital content formats and platform specific design standards (social media, web, mobile) Apply
