Job Overview: We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as FTC / CAF Officers. The role involves implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the Bank’s Fair Treatment of Customers (FTC) framework and Customer Awareness Framework (CAF) in compliance with SBP regulations while ensuring fair customer treatment across all departments. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce • Minimum 8 years of banking experience with sound knowledge of SBP regulations Key Responsibilities: • Ensure implementation of the Bank’s Fair Treatment of Customers (FTC) policy across all departments • Review product and service designs, marketing materials, and customer communications for compliance with SBP regulations • Conduct BC & FTC training sessions for staff • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding BC & FRF compliance matters • Monitor customer complaints and ensure compliance with CGHM requirements • Support implementation and monitoring of the Bank’s FTC framework and CAF initiatives Required Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications Location: Karachi Application Deadline: 22nd June, 2026 Apply Now
