Job Description: Job description: Location: Karachi, Pakistan About the role: ICT Distribution is hiring a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning for regional/national business activities. The role is on-site in Karachi and requires regional or national-level finance experience in Pakistan, preferably within multinational, distribution, or APAC-focused organizations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly closing activities • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting • Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis • Maintain vendor and partner payment schedules across operations • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial policies • Coordinate with auditorsJob Specification: Must-have skills and experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification such as ACCA/CA • 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience • Regional or national-level finance experience in Pakistan • Strong command of accounting systems, financial reporting tools, and Excel • Experience with multinational, regional, or APAC-focused organizations preferred • Strong understanding of compliance, reporting accuracy, and financial controls • Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities • Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all financial mattersJob Rewards and Benefits: Leaves
