Overview Evaluate Medicolegal is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medico-Legal File Preparation Associate to join our team. In this remote role, the successful candidate will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant preparation of medico-legal files, contributing to the quality and efficiency of our documentation processes. This position requires exceptional written communication skills to effectively articulate complex medical and legal information in clear, concise, and professional language. Responsibilities • File Preparation and Verification: Review and analyze background documents for medico-legal reports to ensure all necessary information is included and that files meet established quality standards • Professional Correspondence: Respond promptly to emails, voicemails, and other forms of written communication related to case files. • Collaboration with Teams: Liaise with relevant teams to clarify case-related information and ensure comprehensive understanding of documentation requirements. • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all documentation adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies to maintain compliance within the medico-legal field. • Quality Assurance Checks: Perform regular quality assurance checks on prepared files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organizational standards. • Feedback Implementation: Actively seek feedback on file preparation and incorporate suggestions for improvement into daily practices. Qualifications • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field. • Preferred Industry Experience: Demonstrated background in the medicolegal sector, with expertise in analyzing and managing medico-legal documentation. • Exceptional Literacy & Analytical Skills: Strong comprehension, grammar, and spelling proficiency, with meticulous attention to detail. • Technological Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional writing, with a secure, ergonomic home office setup and high-speed internet connection. • Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to work independently and uphold high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
