Our Lahore office plays a vital role in supporting these operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient case management. Location: Lahore DHA (phase VI) Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented File Index Associate to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, indexing, and preparing medical and legal documentation for specialist doctors before medicolegal assessments are conducted. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with confidential medical information while meeting strict deadlines. Responsibilities • Review medical and legal records received from clients. • Organize and index documents in chronological order. • Categorize medical records, diagnostic reports, specialist letters, imaging, pathology reports, and other relevant documentation. • Prepare structured file indexes to assist Occupational Physicians in reviewing case files efficiently. • Ensure all documents are complete, correctly labelled, and accurately indexed. • Identify missing, duplicate, or incomplete documentation and report discrepancies. • Maintain consistency with company indexing standards and formatting guidelines. • Upload, organize, and manage digital case files within internal systems. • Work closely with the File Preparation, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to ensure timely case completion. • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Australian privacy and data protection requirements. • Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Requirements • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory). • Excellent written and spoken English. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF management tools. • Ability to work with large volumes of documentation accurately. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Experience in document management, administration, medical transcription, file preparation, or medicolegal services is an advantage. • Basic understanding of medical terminology will be considered a strong advantage.
