Job Description: Job Summary Organization: Kiran Foundation Role: Deliver child-centered, trauma-informed lessons and support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons. • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. • Monitor student progress and maintain academic records. • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials. • Assess students regularly and provide constructive feedback. • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning. • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions. • Maintain classroom discipline and uphold school policies.Job Specification: Must-have • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Social Sciences or equivalent experience. • Strong communication skills. • Classroom management skills. • Passion for working with children and promoting active learning. • Basic computer skills. Preferred • Certificate in teaching or community facilitation. • Experience with trauma-informed teaching practices. • Prior teaching or facilitation experience (advantage).
