Job Description: We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute digital campaigns and support content and brand development for a packaging solutions company based in Karachi. The role is on-site, full-time, and requires hands-on execution across paid and organic channels to drive leads and e-commerce orders. Key responsibilities include: • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (social media, search, display, email) to drive leads and e-commerce orders. • Create, edit and publish engaging content for social platforms and the company website to improve brand awareness and customer engagement. • Manage social media accounts, build content calendars, and interact with followers to grow audience and community. • Run paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager or equivalent) and support Google Ads activity; set up tracking, UTM tagging, and monitor campaign performance. • Use analytics (Google Analytics) to monitor performance, run A/B tests, interpret metrics and recommend data-driven improvements. • Optimize content for basic on-page SEO and assist with packaging imagery; brief designers and edit creative assets. • Prepare reports on campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement of marketing tactics.Job Specification: • Experience: Minimum 2 years practical experience in digital marketing. • Platforms & Tools: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn content creation and scheduling; Facebook Ads Manager (or equivalent); basic Google Ads exposure; Google Analytics; UTM tagging. • Technical: Basic on-page SEO; A/B testing; campaign tracking and performance reporting. • Content & Creative: Strong copywriting and visual sense; ability to brief designers and edit assets; experience with short-form video content is a plus. • Software: Comfortable with MS Office; basic image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar). • Other: Experience using content calendars, community management, customer engagement best practices; analytical mindset.Job Rewards and Benefits: Gratuity
