Last date to apply: Sunday 11 Oct, 2026 The Executive Undergraduate Programs SMCS will support the academic, administrative, and operational management of undergraduate programs (BS Computer Science and BS Mathematics), ensuring effective coordination, student support, timely academic processes, accurate records, and compliance with academic standards. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support the Manager, SMCS and Undergraduate Program Coordinators in academic and operational matters. • Facilitate student registration, academic support, and progression monitoring. • Coordinate undergraduate FYP/project processes, including proposals, evaluations, and final defenses where applicable. • Assist with curriculum coordination, admissions, orientations, seminars, workshops, and academic events. • Maintain student records, academic data, course information, and program documentation. • Support accreditation, reviews, internal assessments, and coordination with QEC and relevant departments. • Liaise with faculty and administrative departments for smooth delivery of undergraduate programs. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Masters degree preferred). • Minimum 2 years of experience in academic administration, program coordination, student affairs, or a related roles KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES: • Strong organizational, coordination, and administrative skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Strong attention to detail and accurate academic record management Apply
