Job Description: Creative Grammar High School, a community-focused private school in Lahore serving Preschool through Matric, seeks a dedicated English Teacher for Grades 4 6. Key responsibilities: • Plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons for Grades 4 6 using varied instructional strategies. • Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and formative assessments to monitor reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills. • Create a classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and respect among students. • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and provide targeted support for struggling learners. • Assess student progress regularly, maintain accurate records, and provide timely feedback to students and parents. • Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and participate in departmental planning and professional development. • Support school activities and parent-teacher engagements.Job Specification: Must have: • Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing mechanics appropriate for upper-primary learners. • Experience planning structured lesson plans with clear objectives, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies. • Classroom management skills for students aged 9 12. • Ability to differentiate instruction and create scaffolded activities for mixed-ability groups. • Proficiency in designing formative and summative assessments and using results to inform instruction. • Clear verbal communication and the ability to give constructive, age-appropriate feedback to students and communicate progress to parents. • Collaborative skills to work with grade-level colleagues and contribute to curriculum development.
