Job Description: About the role • K Bloom, a leading skincare brand, is hiring knowledgeable Beauty Advisors for event-based promotional and customer engagement activities in Karachi. This role focuses on representing the brand at public events, helping customers discover suitable skincare solutions, and delivering informative and friendly demonstrations. Key responsibilities • Engage visitors at events to understand their skin concerns and needs. • Demonstrate and explain skincare products, benefits, and proper usage. • Provide personalized recommendations and answer product-related questions clearly in English. • Create an inviting, professional presence that reinforces brand image and encourages trials and purchases. • Collect basic customer feedback and report insights to the event supervisor. • Maintain product displays and samples in a neat, hygienic manner during events.Job Specification: • Must-have: Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and common skin conditions. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; able to explain products and routines clearly. Customer-focused with active listening and consultation skills. Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking to groups and individuals at events. Basic grooming and professional appearance appropriate for public brand representation. Ability to stand for extended periods and work event shifts in Karachi locations.
