Job Description: Company: Systek (Pvt.) Ltd. Location: Karachi, Pakistan (on-site) Employment: Full-Time, Morning Shift; requires travel for customer site visits Overview: Join an R&D-driven electronic engineering company focused on renewable energy products (UPS, power-line conditioners, solar hybrid systems, solar charge controllers). The role blends production assembly and bench testing with field commissioning and on-site troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: • Perform assembly, calibration and functional testing of electronic power systems and subassemblies per work instructions and test procedures • Conduct bench-level diagnostics, systematic fault isolation and repairs on in-house products and field units; document findings and corrective actions • Support commissioning and on-site troubleshooting at customer locations, including installation checks, configuration and performance verification • Execute routine preventive maintenance and performance verification of power electronics and battery systems • Follow manufacturing quality systems, safety procedures including ESD and electrical safety protocols, and battery handling guidelinesJob Specification: • Must-have: Hands-on experience assembling and testing electronic power systems, power supplies or inverter/charger units • Ability to read and follow PCB and wiring assembly diagrams • Skilled in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters, insulation testers and bench power supplies for diagnostics and verification • Ability to perform systematic fault isolation on analog and digital circuitry, power conversion stages and battery management interfaces • Experience with soldering, cable termination, connector assemblies and mechanical fastening • Familiarity with basic PLCs, microcontroller-based control boards, and interpreting firmware/status indicators for troubleshooting • Knowledge of battery technologies, charging algorithms, and safe handling of lead-acid and lithium systems • Good documentation habits: accurate test records and fault reports; clear communication with engineering and production teams • Ability to work under manufacturing quality systems and follow safety procedures including ESD and electrical safety protocolsJob Rewards and Benefits: Communication,Health Insurance,Leaves,Life Insurance,Transport
