Product Manager - Infrastructure

Job Description: ICT Distribution is an independent organization focused on strengthening the HPE distribution network across SAGE and delivering end-to-end ICT solutions for enterprise customers. The Product Manager - Infrastructure will own the product lifecycle for infrastructure offerings (servers, storage, networking, virtualization and related cloud/on-premise solutions). This role works with engineering, sales, and partner teams to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive go-to-market activities across Pakistan from the Karachi office. Key responsibilities: • Define and maintain the product roadmap for infrastructure solutions, aligned to market needs and company strategy. • Gather and prioritize product requirements by engaging customers, channel partners, technical teams and sales. • Work closely with engineering and vendors to specify features, acceptance criteria and release timelines. • Develop pricing, packaging and positioning for infrastructure offerings; support sales enablement and partner training. • Lead product launches, marketing collateral creation and technical pre-sales support for complex enterprise deals. • Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends; recommend iterative improvements. • Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and SLA compliance. What you will deliver: • Clear product specifications and prioritized backlogs. • Commercially viable product packages with effective partner enablement. • Successful product releases and measurable adoption within target accounts.Job Specification: • 5+ years experience in product management, technical product owner, or related role working with infrastructure, servers, storage, networking or virtualization products. • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure stacks, HPE solutions, and cloud/on-premise integration patterns. • Ability to translate technical requirements into product features and user stories. • Experience with product roadmap tools, backlog prioritization and lifecycle management. • Good commercial acumen: pricing, packaging, go-to-market planning and partner enablement. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration working with engineering, sales, vendors and support teams. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to create technical collateral and deliver product training. • Experience analyzing market data, customer feedback and KPIs to drive product decisions.Job Rewards and Benefits: Leaves
