Education: Intermediate. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience, Familiar with the use of computers, Experience in data entry, Good counseling and communication skills & Potential to be trained. Communicate politely and clearly with patients visiting the clinic and other departments. Maintain accurate patient records, complete diabetes program forms and registers, and use basic computer applications for data entry, reporting, and record management. Follow instructions carefully, work reliably under supervision. Maintain patient confidentiality and support clinic operations. Apply basic organizational skills to manage patient flow and program activities. Demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous professional development by actively participating in structured training sessions and capacity-building activities focused on diabetes education and diabetic foot screening.
