How to apply

1. 1Interested candidates should first visit www.etea.edu.pk and submit an online application.
2. 2After successfully submitting the online application, a specific department slip (including roll number, project code, and department code) will be issued.

Rules & eligibility

• It is mandatory for all candidates to create a profile on the ETEA website, print their CNIC number from the ETEA website (NADRA E-Sahulat), and verify it. Applications without this verification will not be considered.
• All appointments will be made according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• All eligible candidates will be allowed to take a scrutiny test. If any candidate is found ineligible for recruitment at any stage during the panel issued by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be declared ineligible.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• Shortlisting of candidates will be according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Do not close your mobile SIM until the interview is complete; otherwise, all responsibility will lie with the candidate.
• Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered.
• Candidates working in government and semi-government organizations will be given age relaxation according to the prevailing rules of the government.
• Candidates working in government and semi-government organizations must apply through their respective departments.
• Experience certificates attested (Counter Signed) by the head of the relevant government or semi-government institution will be acceptable. Experience certificates from private institutions will not be acceptable.
• Candidates found ineligible while working in any government institution are not eligible to apply.
• The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of existing vacancies and to reject or cancel applications without assigning any reason.
• No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be given to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
• In case of foreign educational degrees, candidates must present an equivalency certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• A separate application must be submitted for each post.
• Selected candidates for the vacant posts will have to undergo one year of mandatory training at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School Thali Abad.
• If the selected Forest Guard leaves the service before the completion of one year, they will be bound to return all expenses incurred on training.
• Documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
• The waiting list will remain valid for three months from the date of the interview.
• Only genuine degrees or certificates will be accepted. If a degree or certificate is proven fake after recruitment and verification by the relevant board or institution, the concerned candidate will be declared ineligible for the job.
• According to the new service rules, 70% quota will be on merit, while 30% quota will be given to individuals who own or use degraded forests.
