How to apply

1. 1Interested candidates will first create their profile on the www.etea.edu.pk website.
2. 2After creating a profile, a specific deposit slip (with a three-digit number and candidate's personal information) will be issued.
3. 3Print this deposit slip and pay the prescribed non-refundable fee through UBL EasyPaisa / Easypaisa.

Rules & eligibility

• It is mandatory for all candidates to create their profile on the ETEA website.
• After creating a profile and before submitting an application for any post, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their application form verified from a NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk.
• All appointments will be made based on the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• All candidates must allow biometric verification.
• If any candidate is found ineligible for recruitment at any stage during scrutiny by the competent authority, they will be disqualified.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• All candidates should not close or change their mobile SIM until the entire recruitment process is complete, otherwise, all responsibility will lie with the candidate.
• The overall eligibility of candidates will be determined until the last date of receiving applications.
• Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered.
• Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be given according to the current government rules.
• Candidates working in government and semi-government organizations must apply through their department and attach a counter-signed NOC from their respective organizations with the application.
• Candidates dismissed from any government institution are not eligible to apply.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason and to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts.
• No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be given to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
• In case of a non-educational degree, candidates must present an equivalency certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission.
• Selected candidates for the above vacancies will have to undergo a three-year Forest Guard training at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School Garhi Habibullah.
• In case of leaving the Forest Guard training, the selected Forest Guards will be bound to return all expenses incurred during the training.
• Original educational certificates and documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
• The waiting list will remain valid for three months from the date of the interview.
• Only complaints from authentic candidates are acceptable, and after recruitment, their verification expenses will be borne by the candidate himself.
• If a degree or certificate is proven fake, the concerned candidate will be declared ineligible for the job.
• Recruitment will be on merit, while a 30% quota will be for those who belong to forest areas in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Division.
• In case of failure or non-joining of 30% quota candidates, the vacancy will be filled on merit.
• Second candidates will be bound to perform duty anywhere in Hazara Forest Division.
