How to apply

1. 1Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. 2After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates’ personal information) will be generated.
3. 3Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app or at any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent.
4. 4After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired receipt.
5. 5After online apply, don’t send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny/purpose.
6. 6Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk from 13th August 2026.
7. 7Last date for submission of online application is 05th September 2026.
8. 8Candidates will be informed through their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to not give ported/converted mobile number.

Rules & eligibility

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be conducted at the time of the interview.
• Candidates found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
• All candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA’s website before applying for the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates who have not printed and forwarded from ETEA’s website their profile form any NADRA E-Sahiulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
• The employees will be allocated/placed as per the approved level as per the Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) at MTI-HMC and its affiliates/constituents (KGMC, LRH, POP, AND FMH).
• Applications submitted against the previous advertisements shall not be considered for the current recruitment process, and no claim shall be entertained on the basis of any application.
• Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
• Interview calls letter will be issued to short-listed candidates only.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
• Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
• Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
• Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
• Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.
• Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.
• In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
• Application of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not be rejected only, but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.
• The number of posts are subject to rectification.
