How to apply

1. 1Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
2. 2All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print the application form and deposit the fee in the bank.
3. 3Candidates possessing academic qualifications shall enter in the ETEA online application form the name of the university/board from where they have obtained their degree/diploma.
4. 4Such candidates shall be required to produce a certificate issued by the concerned university confirming the CGPA-to-percentage equivalence at the time of interview. In case of any discrepancy in the percentage declared in the application form or failure to produce the certificate, the candidate will be disqualified.
5. 5Shortlisting of candidates will be based on test conducted by the ETEA.
6. 6Candidates shortlisted will be called for interview.
7. 7Candidates are advised to apply for only one post.
8. 8No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
9. 9Candidates selected will be required to perform duties anywhere in the area of service of HAZCO.
10. 10Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
11. 11Incomplete applications and applications received after due date will not be entertained.
12. 12Candidates who have completed their degrees are eligible to apply.
13. 13The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
14. 14The selected candidate shall be required to resign from their current regular or contractual employment and submit a relieving letter before joining HAZCO.
15. 15Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate application form.
16. 16No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
17. 17Candidates reserved the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
18. 18Candidates who have been convicted of any criminal offense will not be eligible for employment in HAZCO.
19. 19Concealment or misrepresentation of facts at any stage will lead to his/her disqualification.
20. 20Error/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectifications.
