POSITION Deputy Manager Marketing Marketing Operations Beaconhouse Group QUALIFICATION Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years of experience in both digital and conventional marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Social Media Campaign Development - Support end-to-end development and execution of digital video campaigns, from concept creation and shoot planning to production and final delivery. 2. Digital Media Planning - Lead digital media strategy and planning across regional and HO levels, ensuring effective budget allocation, campaign performance and alignment with marketing objectives. 3. Social Media & Website Management - Oversee BSS social media platforms and websites, ensuring consistent brand presence, effective campus-level support and up-to-date content. 4. Event Coordination - Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of key events, working with internal stakeholders, vendors and agencies to ensure seamless delivery. 5. Budget Management - Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation, cost optimisation and adherence to approved budgets. 6. Agency & Interdepartmental Liaison - Manage coordination with creative, digital media and website agencies, vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and quality execution. SKILLS • Comprehensive knowledge of Meta, Instagram, Google Tools i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides etc • Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics • Basic Canva usage KNOWLEDGE • Good understanding of integrated marketing and communications, ATL and BTL marketing activities (campaign development, digital media buying and planning) • Strategic planning experience with an understanding of brand development and marketing practices • Adequate vendor management skills • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
