1. 1Candidates should create their profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC.

Rules & eligibility

• Applications are invited from suitable candidates and permanent residents of District Kohat for the vacant posts in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Kohat.
• All eligible candidates will be considered eligible for the computer screening test under ETEA.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on their scores in ETEA's screening test and academic examinations.
• All appointments will be made on open merit and temporary basis according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Interview notification will be given via SMS. Therefore, all candidates should not switch off or change their mobile phones. Otherwise, all responsibility will be on the candidates.
• Candidates' overall eligibility will be determined by the last date of receiving applications.
• Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
• Age relaxation will be given in the upper age limit according to the prevailing government rules.
• Candidates working in government and semi-government organizations should apply through their department.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason or to change/increase/decrease/cancel the number of approved posts.
• No travel allowance/daily allowance (TA/DA) will be given to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
• In case of foreign educational degrees, candidates must present an equivalency certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Errors/omissions are subject to correction.
• For the Junior Clerk post, 1 vacancy is for Open Merit and 3 vacancies are for Minority Quota.
