Job Summary: The role involves serving as the primary point of contact at the branch, ensuring customers receive timely assistance with their queries, concerns, and complaints. A strong focus on service excellence and professionalism is essential to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure that service standards are followed as per Banks standards. • Report any issues encountered to the BM and ensure that they are resolved promptly. • Guide customers to the relevant desk for desired Services. • Ensure that all relevant materials and marketing information are available in the branch. • Provide complete information of Products/ Services to customers. • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner. • Educate/ introduce customers to use of Net Banking (AL Habib Mobile Application), Call Centre and Other Digitial Channels. • Check Complaint Box along with BM/OM and ensure registration in system. Required Skills: • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple task simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and as part of team. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports. Qualification: Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree Age: upto 30 Years No. of Positions: 35+ Career Level (Entry Level / Experience) : Fresh Gender: Male/ Female
