Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products and services, and converting inquiries into business opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a successful career in sales, customer success, business development, and real estate technology. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries through calls, chat, email, and social media • Make follow-up calls on leads generated through marketing campaigns • Understand and explain Tameer.ai features, AI tools, and service offerings • Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads • Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets • Maintain customer records and update information in CRM • Learn sales techniques, customer handling, and lead conversion strategies • Share customer feedback with the marketing and product teamsJob Specification: • 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, call center, or a related role. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities. • Confidence in speaking with customers and building rapport. • Basic knowledge of digital tools, online platforms, and CRM systems. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
