Job Description: We are seeking a Business Proposal Writer to support US government contracting and business development initiatives. The role involves identifying government contracting opportunities, developing compliant and persuasive proposals, and managing the proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through submission. Responsibilities include researching procurement portals, analyzing solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs), coordinating with internal stakeholders for technical and pricing information, ensuring proposal formatting and compliance, maintaining submission calendars, and tracking active opportunities. The position requires strong written English, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Work mode: on-site (Karachi). Shift: Night Shift. Salary: 70,000 - 100,000 PKR.Job Specification: Must-have: • Proven experience preparing successful proposals for US government contracts • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local procurement processes • Hands-on experience using SAM.gov and other government bidding portals • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills • Outstanding written English; ability to produce professional, persuasive content • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines • Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools for proposal formatting Preferred: • Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs, PWS, and grant opportunities • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and US government procurement regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software • Experience supporting business development or capture management teamsJob Rewards and Benefits: Health Insurance,Leaves,Medical,Transport
