Civil Engineer Eligibility Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university (mandatory); Master’s in Civil Engineering/Construction Management and PEC Registration will be preferred. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction, renovation, and interior fit-out projects, preferably in banking, commercial buildings, retail outlets, or corporate projects. Skills Required: • Construction & Project Management • Quantity Surveying (QS), BOQ Preparation & Cost Control • Site Supervision, Interior Design (ID) & Quality Assurance (QA/QC) • Vendor & Contractor Management with AutoCAD, MS Office & Strong Communication Skills Responsibilities: • Managing major branch renovation and expansion projects from planning to completion. • Supervising civil, interior fit-out, finishing, and renovation works while ensuring quality, engineering standards, and regulatory compliance. • Coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors, branch management, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. • Reviewing BOQs, contractor bills, site inspections, documentation, handover records, budgets, timelines, and workmanship quality.
