Job Overview: Bank AL Habib is seeking proactive and technically sound professionals to join our Products & Services team as CDM Product Support Officers. The role focuses on overseeing Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) operations, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting digital transaction growth across branches. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in ATM/CDM operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day CDM business operations across branches. • Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for smooth deployment and system integration. • Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance to minimize downtime. • Develop and maintain MIS reports to track CDM performance and transaction volumes. • Provide operational support to branches for timely resolution of CDM-related issues. • Liaise with vendors to address technical concerns and ensure service compliance. • Coordinate with branches to promote digital payments and enhance CDM transaction usage.
