Job Description: You will be the first point of contact for retail and B2B customers, handling order inquiries, product information requests, complaints, and coordination with distribution and production teams. This role supports delivering consistent product quality and excellent customer experience across Pakistan. Key responsibilities: • Answer inbound customer calls and messages promptly and professionally; record details in the CRM or designated tracking system. • Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and order status to retailers, distributors, and consumers. • Register and resolve customer complaints or escalate to production, quality, or sales teams when required; follow up until closure. • Process basic order requests and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch. • Maintain updated logs of customer interactions, daily reports, and feedback for continuous service improvement. • Work with quality assurance and production teams to relay customer feedback.Job Specification: • Clear verbal communication in Urdu • Basic computer literacy: proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) • Experience using a CRM or order-entry system • Strong listening and problem-solving skills; able to de-escalate frustrated customers and document resolutions • Attention to detail for recording customer data, order numbers, and follow-up actions • Ability to work well within cross-functional teams (logistics, production, quality assurance) • Time management and ability to handle high volumes while maintaining service quality • Professional phone etiquette, patience, and a customer-first attitudeJob Rewards and Benefits: Communication,Health Insurance,Leaves
